Village Fete

If you went down to the woods this afternoon, you were in for a big surprise .... well, no, not really.

The trees are down the side of the Court House paddock, next to the path up to Court Farm, which was the site this year of the village fete, by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Llewelyn-Evans.

After years of crossing the road to Brook House, opposite the Memorial Hall, those braving the elements this year had walked up the farm path from Wiltons.
Actually, the sun did manage a few spasmodic appearances, but stall holders and visitors alike had, for most of the time, a wary eye on the looming rain clouds above. But not all was doom or gloom ...
