The "Rev" Jenny Tarr was going beyond her normal role as one of the Foundation governors this afternoon, as she officiated at a wedding in the front garden ...

After a few words with the groom and best man, she welcomed the bridal party ...

... and made sure they, too, knew what was coming ..

... before getting down to the business of taking the groom through his vows ...

... and the bride through hers

... the "for richer, for poorer" bit didn't seem to worry anyone ...

... and the giving and receiving of rings went like a dream ...

... so in no time at all they were declared to be "man and wife together" ...

... causing both congregation ..

... and onlookers to burst into a lively hymn ...

... leaving only the departure of the bride and groom ...

... and the ritual distribution of confetti ...

... as the happy couple were led off ...   ... ...... to their reception ?
