Something different for Weddings & Family Portraits. Unique black and white photography using available light and informal settings, I create individual and original photographs. Now taking bookings for Spring and Summer.

  I am a graduate of the School of Creative Photography, Denmark  and worked as a journalistic photographer for seven years in Denmark, Cambodia, Indonesia and Nicaragua. My work is represented by Panos Pictures and Photofusion Picture Library both in London, and Phoenix in Sweden.

  After settling in Wrington 3 years ago I set up my Black/White Wedding and Portrait Company. My philosophy is that in a world of instant high-tech images, a hand printed black/white photograph conveys a remarkable impact.

  My portraits are classic and characterised by sensitivity and intensity and I use my journalistic background by letting the natural light and peoples' personalities create the photographs.

  For weddings I take classic photographs of the couple and groups as well as images of the vibrant atmosphere with spontaneous laughter, congratulating hugs all through this beautiful and happy event.

  I enjoy finding out exactly what each client wants and taking the time to make sure they are happy with the images I create.

  Alongside that,  I'm in the process of making "The Wrington Community Photography Project" with fellow photographer Ann Dale. Our aim is to create black/white photographs of Wrington and its people around the year 2000.

  The results of this  work will be available on this website, and a workshop "What Makes Wrington Special For Me" will be held between 14 and 19 August. Eventually an exhibition of all the work of the photographers involved will be on show.
